Starbucks in California

"My regular Starbucks on the way to work. The staff is fast and friendly. If the girl with blue hair is working I ask for recommendations. She always has a good suggestion when I get bored of my white mocha."

"Thomas the barista was nice and friendly. He helped me with my order and my gift certificate that I bought. The other Starbucks that I like a lot is at the end of Scenic and Oakdale Road. There is a gentleman that helped me with a Starbucks card that I lost. He gave me the 1-800 number for me to call. I got an email and my problem was resolved. His name is Harrison. He is very friendly. Every time I order something I normally go in and he's the one that normally helps me. I came on my birthday and I was ordering my free drink and he said why don't you get the biggest size them since it's your birthday I didn't think about that one so I did. Like I say he's very nice and when it comes to customer service he does a really good job to help his customers. Vanessa was such a friendly and kind person to me today 10/15/2025 I did request for something special for me that I wanted and she didn't hesitate to do it for me. Ladies like Vanessa is the reason why I come to this Starbucks!!!! Thank you so much Vanessa!! May God bless you"

"First time here (no where near my first time at a Starbucks) :-) Lovely building and HUGE interior testing. Love the spacious comfy seating area. Outside patio has good room and wonder shade as it DOES get hot in these parts. The staff was pleasant and hustling with a busy customer set inside and a long drive-through line. Every was relaxed and extra nice to the customers. Good first location visit. This parking is good as this is a solo building at the corner of a big street, but the parking lot around is vast. Of course the my iced green tea with extra iced was perfect for the day (creeping up to 90 degrees in an hour or two). Thought about eating the Fruit & Cheese Protein pack for lunch but I think they need to rotate the packs out as the apples were browning. Otherwise, there was a good stock of choices and the customer were happy. Sometimes that is all that matters."

"This is the best Starbucks in our area, and I go out of my way just to go to this one. This store is the cleanest store I’ve been into, and all of the baristas are so pleasant and friendly. I definitely feel welcome at this Starbucks, and the environment is so cozy and peaceful. I was heartbroken to hear that the Chestnut Praline latte wasn’t released with the other holiday drinks last month since it’s the best holiday drink in my opinion, but the barista suggested the Gingerbread Latte as an alternative and I was pleasantly surprised since I’ve never tried it before. She also let me know that the Chestnut Praline would be back on December 2nd, so I made sure to stop in to get it, yum! The employees here always go above and beyond, I’m always able to find merchandise to add to my growing cup collection, and they always have my favorite snacks and drinks in stock unlike other stores. If you want to get an actual coffeehouse experience, come to this store!"
